Numéro du dossier: 17-OCI-016

Mississauga, ON (17 avril 2018) ---
The Director of the Special Investigations Unit, Tony Loparco, has determined there are no reasonable grounds to lay criminal charges against any York Regional Police officer in relation to the serious injuries sustained by a 22-year-old man in January of 2017 during his arrest. Based on information received, officers had reasonable grounds to believe the man had committed a break and enter of a residence.
