On December 1, at about 2:33 a.m., HRPS officers were involved in a confrontation with 38-year-old Steve Remian at Wedgewood Park in Oakville. It has now been determined that three officers, not four, fired their guns. Mr. Remian was fatally injured and died at the scene.
