The NRPS advised the SIU that at 4:10 p.m., Thursday November 29, an officer was driving a brown Ford Taurus police car westbound on Lundy's Lane when he collided with an eastbound navy blue Ford Focus near Kalar Rd. The driver of the car, a 26-year-old Niagara Falls man, suffered internal injuries. He was taken to the Greater Niagara General Hospital and admitted for treatment.
